Ethiopia and Lebanon have signed a protocol of cooperation organizing the work of Ethiopian maids in Lebanon

As mentioned in the previous post, the Ethiopian minister of labor declared that Ethiopia and Lebanon's minister of labor have signed a protocol of cooperation organizing the work of Ethiopian maids in Lebanon.
I didn't find anything about it on the website of the ministry of labor, www.labor.gov.lb.

I did find there a 9 July 2003 ministerial decision to organize the work of the companies bringing foreign maids to Lebanon.

And then ANOTHER MINISTERIAL DECISION only a few links away dated 22 January 2009 to organize the work of the companies bringing foreign maids to Lebanon. Clearly, the 2009 decision overrides the 2003 decision. But someone forgot to remove it from the website.
