Migrant community leaders press conference to respond to Bourj Hammoud "events"

The Bourj Hammoud saga, which started with an MTV racist report last month, continues. A blog post talks of Lebanese army policing migrants in Bourja Hammoud, Nabaa and Dora (Northern suburb of Beirut). This message is circulating on Facebook.
In response to the Bourj Hammoud police raids on migrants and the escalating events of the last month, migrant community leaders are organizing a press conference tomorrow, Monday November 14th at 12 pm (noon). They will issue a statement highlighting their position on the current situation.

Location: Dar Al Musawwir, Hamra, Rome Street, Wardeyyeh, Beirut (on your right, going up from Clemenceau to Ministry of Interior/Hamra main street).
