Ethiopian "falls" from 3rd floor in Tripoli

Al-Akhbar newspaper reported today the fall of Ethiopian domestic worker, Shioai A. from the 3rd floor of her employer's house in Tripoli. She sustained severe injuries in the head and in the stomach and was transferred to hospital. Her health situation is unstable. The incident happened at around 2 p.m. last Saturday. Police report concluded that it was an attempted suicide.

سقوط عاملة أجنبيّة أم محاولة انتحار؟

تلقّت القوى الأمنية بلاغاً عن سقوط العاملة الإثيوبية شيواي أ. من شرفة مشغّليها في الطبقة الثالثة من مبنى في محلة الضمّ والفرز ـــــ طرابلس، فأصيبت برضوض وجروح وبنزف حاد في الرأس والمعدة، وقد نُقلت إلى المستشفى، ووضعها الصحي غير مستقرّ.
الحادث وقع عند الساعة الثانية من بعد ظهر أول من أمس، ومن اللافت أن التقارير التي حُرّرت عنه خلصت إلى أن العاملة الجريحة حاولت الانتحار.
