The Daily Star, November 06, 2013 - A Bengali domestic worker was found hanged Wednesday morning in a south Lebanon town in an apparent suicide attempt, security sources said.
Freda Davhin was found hanged from a tree in the backyard of a house in the southern town of Harouf, owned by Lebanese Ahmad Dadi, the sources said. Davhin was working as a domestic worker at the Dadi residence, the sources said.
It is likely she committed suicide, the security sources added. An investigation into the incident is under way.
